Building Leaders Across Arkansas

DECA chapters are the foundation of our organization, providing students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, explore career pathways, engage in service, and prepare for success in college and the workplace.

Through classroom integration, competitive events, conferences, and community involvement, DECA helps students become academically prepared, community-minded, professionally responsible, and experienced leaders.

If your school offers courses in business management, entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality and tourism, marketing or personal financial literacy, DECA is for you!

Watch the video to learn more about DECA and discover how your school can become part of the Arkansas DECA chapter network.
